Congratulations to Daisy, Danny and Seren for their amazing Firework Poems!

During our Fireworks week, the children in our Phase all created some fantastic acrostic poems. Mr Street picked one amazing poem from each class.

Daisy

Fireworks bang

I was really excited,

Crashed into the grass!

Danny

Fizzing fireworks

In the night sky!

Rising beautifully

Everywhere!

Whizzing Catherine Wheels

On a dark night.

Rushing roaring rockets.

King of fireworks.

Soaring through the sky.

Seren

Fizzing fireworks

In the air.

Roaring, soaring.

Excellent colours.

Whizzing, zooming.

Outstanding noise.

Ranging, shooting

Kicking colours.

Standing still.

All of the children have written amazing firework poems both at home and at school. Mr Street had a hard time picking winners. We are proud of you ALL!
