Expedition to Bluereef!

On Friday 10th March, KS1 went on a an exciting expedition to Bluereef Aquarium in Portsmouth. We had a wonderful day, learning about the different sea creatures that live there, and finding our exciting facts: did you know starfish have 5 eyes? They can also cut out their own stomachs if they eat something bad and grow a new one!

We met a starfish, crab and spider crab in our Rock Pool Encounter. We went on a quest to find different animals and checked them off of our list, and we made a fact file about certain animals there. We had a lovely lunch time (in the fog) and were able to play on the play equipment there. Here are some photos for you to enjoy.
