Landscape paintings inspired by Lowry

Recently in Art we looked at an artist called L.S Lowry. He was best known for his landscape paintings of the area where he lived.

We decided to sketch some landscape drawings of Hythe. The next task was to paint it with watercolours. They look really beautiful. The children have taken great care and really examined the photographs so they could sketch accurately.

We were very impressed with our budding artists!
